After leaving her position as a Senior Partner at MindValley – one of the biggest online publishing houses in the personal growth industry – Ewa Wysocka started connecting with entrepreneurs who were looking to grow their businesses online. Becoming our Senior Digital Marketing Specialist at Tribe47 means:
You will own your project and manage end-to-end digital funnel strategy creation for our clients.
You will be also responsible for the supervising and optimization of all elements of the belonging project. Be ready to get your hands dirty with different channels, such as pages, ads, emails, and creatives with the support of your project team.
You will also work on several marketing automation tools, they will vary depending on the client. Active Campaign, Hubspot or Klaviyo - these are our favorite ones, hope yours too!
You will be responsible for team management of the belonging project and supervising it to deliver expected results on time.
You will run end-to-end project management for eCommerce Strategy and digital funnel creation.
You will also run the meetings with clients, preparing reports, recommendations and time estimations for them and the project.
Know that you will be unofficially expected to bring sweets from vacation and business trips to the office. You choose what tastes “sweet” to you – recently, our Women in Tech team brought Porto from their business trip to Lisbon :)
Participate in frequent integration parties, enjoying karaoke and travelling will be a plus.
What do we expect from you?
You speak English (Polish is an asset!)
At least 2 years in the field of eCommerce marketing, best if you worked hands-on, not just assigning stuff to agencies.
Understanding of marketing/sales funnel 3.0 and experience with creating elements of such funnels.
Experience with campaign setting on different channels and advertising platforms
Experience with different email marketing and marketing automation tools (f.e. Active Campaign, Hubspot, Klaviyo, Zappier, Get Response, Leadpages etc).
You are located in the EU.
Proven projects supervising experience. Knowledge of eCommerce mobile applications and subscription business models would be an asset!

What will we teach you during the first 3 months?
Understanding of the digital sales funnel 3.0 in theory and practice.
Getting the data approach to marketing! You will definitely dive deeper into Google Analytics.
Becoming a master digital project manager, who handles systems and tools like ClickUp, G Suite, Slack with love.
Integrating the psychological and technical aspects of digital marketing. This is an uncommon skill – trust us on this ;)
Salary 10 000 - 15 000 PLN gross
Employment contract of your choice (UoP or B2B)
Monthly Bonus up to 10% of your gross salary subject to your and your project team efficiency.
Yearly Bonuses based on company performance.
Salary raises based on your and your projects performances.
